1 General Provisions

4 Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules

Withdrawals are normally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. This time may be extended if identity verification is pending or any other administrative process is ongoing.
Important Note: If the wagering requirement for a bonus has not been met, the associated bonus balance cannot be withdrawn. Make sure all active bonus conditions are fulfilled before submitting a withdrawal request.
4.3 Transaction Verification
In the case of unusual or suspicious transactions, dgb33 manual reserves the right to hold such a transaction temporarily until the necessary verification is completed. If money laundering or fraud is suspected, the relevant authorities will be notified.
5 Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. To withdraw the bonus amount, the bonus must be wagered 15 times — meaning ৳22,500 in wagers must be completed for a ৳1,500 bonus.
5.2 Bonus Usage Terms
- A bonus may be claimed only once per account.
- Each bonus has a specific validity period; unused bonuses are cancelled after expiry.
- If you wish to withdraw your deposit after claiming a bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
- The list of games eligible for bonus play will be clearly stated in the terms of each offer.
- Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or false information will result in account termination.
5.3 VIP Program
The dgb33 manual VIP program has three levels: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each level provides a weekly cashback based on the net loss for that week (total losses minus total winnings). The maximum cashback is 0.4% at Bronze level, 0.8% at Silver level and 1.2% at Gold level. Regular playing history is considered for moving up to a higher level.
6 Betting Rules
6.1 Sports Betting
All bets in the sports betting section will be settled according to the specific rules of each market. If a match is postponed, cancelled or left incomplete, that market will be voided and the stake will be refunded. In live betting, odds may change at any time, and bets placed during a technical disruption may be considered void.
6.2 Casino Games
